The Trip of a Lifetime to the Galapagos Islands!
Check off the Galapagos Islands from your scuba diving bucket list! We’ll explore this incredible ‘living museum and showcase of evolution’ above and below the surface!
The Enchanted Islands
In the Pacific Ocean, over 600 miles west of the mainland of Ecuador, lie the Galapagos Islands. The studies of Charles Darwin made the islands famous. This research later became his “Theory of Evolution.” The volcanic islands have been declared a National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and is the second largest Marine Reserve in the world.
Be Enthralled by Large Pelagic Life in Galapagos Islands
This cluster of 19 islands and its surrounding waters is perfectly located at the confluence of three ocean currents. Making it the ideal home for a ‘melting pot’ of marine species, specifically large pelagic creatures. Due to unique water temperature mixtures you will see a rare combination of warm and cold-water life. Some of the local inhabitants include playful sea lions, turtles, hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, Galapagos sharks, manta rays, mola molas, clouds of tuna, eagle rays, marlin, dolphins, curious marine iguanas, (possibly) orcas, and much, much more …
One of the World’s Most Unique Locales
You will have the opportunity to dive up to 19 dives in one week at world renowned dive sites such as Darwin and Wolf Islands.
